Mardis Gras Domino Set Black velvet cape and matching long gloves are trimmed in 1" oil-slick sequin banding. Mask is a gorgeous metallic green/purple with black feathers at the brow. Basic, unlined cape is panne velvet and ties at throat. Dress not included.
