Morbid Child

Violet, Labdanum, Narcissus and Myrrh warmed with Rose and Magnolia and spiked with a touch of Patchouli—the barest touch—and Clove. A velvet darkness of flowers and resins, perfect for a long tortured night spent writing sad poetry by candlelight.

Wooden cabinet is painted with blue and silver ivy leaves and opens to display high-relief ‘cold porcelain’ sculptural nightmares in silver and blue. The main imp cradles the flask-like bottle on its lap.  Glass jewel bottle bears a sleeping leafed and glazed dreaming face.

Measures: 3½" x 2¼" x 2½"
