St. Lawrence, a Roman deacon martyred in 258 on gridiron, is the patron saint of archivists, librarians and students, among others, including cooks. Our album is topped with a gilded, wooden relief of the saint, gold-encrusted curly-cues and a metal ornament on the back. The inside front cover bears another depiction of the saint against an embossed gold paper cover sheet. Has 8 double sided 'magnetic' style pages to hold your photos. |
